Wikipedia allows you to add articles to a watchlist so that you can keep track of changes to articles you are interested in. However, it does not provide an rss feed or any other mechanism so that you can get notified when such changes occur.

While there isn’t a watchlist RSS feed feature, you can subscribe to feeds for the edit history of any individual entry.
